With build season ending, all sub-teams are hurrying to finish up. The electrical sub-team tested the CIM motors and wrote the right tote autonomous test procedure, changed the motors of the robot, and changed the wheels on the robot for a demonstration. The mechanical sub-team wet sanded with a power sander, assembled the gearbox, and replaced the motor on the practice bot. All sub-teams helped to create a presentation for a parent-night demonstration of their robot.

Today, the electrical sub-team tested the robot for the strafing and the middle tote, tested the autonomous left strafe, and tested the operator control drive all in the carpeted chorus room of Mililani High School. The mechanical sub-team continues to wet sand 1 by 1 arms at 1000 grit.

Today, the electrical sub-team finished the wiring diagram for the final robot,  tested the autonomous values for the center autonomous plan and the encoder values for going over the step, and finished the electrical board layout with the components. The mechanical sub-team is wet sanding 2 by 1, 4-bar arms.

Today the electrical sub-team implemented the encoder values into the autonomous code, tested for some of the distances, made the coded joystick layout for the teleoperate mode, conducted their scrum review, and worked on the wiring diagram. The mechanical sub-team modified layout for the near gearbox mount, modified the layout for the left encoder support member, inventoried the collars, and continued to wet sand.

Today, the electrical sub-team labeled wires on the electrical bed, checked the layout for the electrical board support, and tested the measurements of the encoder values with strafing. The mechanical sub-team continues to wet sand. The business sub-team worked on the t-shirt design and the banner design.

Today, the electrical sub-team finished the wiring components, created documentation for the code on the ultrasonic sensor, implemented the encoder values into the autonomous code, tested the distances for each movement on the autonomous program, and tested the ultrasonic sensor on the robot. The mechanical sub-team continues to wet sand and test the robot.

Today, the electrical sub-team soldered wires for the final robot, mounted and wired the electrical board for the final robot, cut rubber and placed it onto the stabilizer, and tested for autonomous. The mechanical sub-team milled holes in the gearbox. The business sub-team finished the week 5 video which can be viewed on our website.
